Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, how and when you would like to hear from us, and the message you write. The form doesn't ask for medical details, and we ask you not to send any.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to set up a short call or a first session, and to keep in touch about your appointments. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Your records
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. What you say in sessions is private, with limits set by California law: a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, suspected abuse of a child or an elder, and a court order. Dr. Bellamy explains these limits in your first session.
Tracking
This website doesn't follow you across other sites.
Keeping information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No message sent over the internet is perfectly secure, which is one more reason to leave medical details out of it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold from your messages. Write to hello@eventidetherapy.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with its date.
